We understand that organising finance can be very stressful. Our goal is to make this process as easy as possible while saving you money and providing a service that is second to none.

Our mortgage advisers are trained to provide you with professional assistance throughout the application process. They will:

Meet with you to discuss your home loan requirements and obtain the necessary information for your application
Assess this information and try match your requirements to the various home loans offered by our selection of lenders
Inform you of the wide range of home loans and lenders available
Explain in simple terms the types of home loans that may be suitable to your needs
Discuss the costs associated with the various loan options
Explain the details of your chosen home loan

Once a suitable loan has been selected and all parties are happy with the decision, your adviser will:

Submit the completed application to the lender
Liaise with the lending body and communicate all necessary information to you

The Hatch team is there with you every step of the way, from the time the application is submitted through to settlement.

Once the loan process is complete, our advisers are available to help you with other financial decisions that may arise. If you want to increase your loan or make other changes to it, we do this for you at no extra cost. It’s all part of the service.
